Our story

Founded on a simple promise.

APC Building Maintenance started with a frustration our founders heard on every job site: cleaning contractors who showed up inconsistently, cut corners after the contract was signed, and disappeared when something went wrong. We set out to be the opposite.

From a single janitorial route across Metro Vancouver, we grew — one referral at a time — into a full building-maintenance partner serving offices, strata, retail, industrial and healthcare facilities throughout British Columbia. Our growth has always been deliberate: we only take on what we can service to standard.

Our mission is to give BC property managers and business owners one less thing to worry about — a building that is consistently clean, safe and well kept, backed by a team that answers the phone and stands behind its work.
